With over 30 years of experience in electronics and photonics manufacturing, Radhakrishnan R has built Vocto Technologies from the ground up into a globally connected engineering services partner, earning the trust of leading OEMs and technology companies across aerospace, defence, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
He leads with a philosophy of uncompromising quality and operational discipline - ensuring that every engagement, from early-stage design through to volume production, is delivered with the precision and accountability that demanding global markets require.
Dr. Heikki J. Sipilä

A globally recognised pioneer in X-ray and gamma detector technology with over five decades of experience, Dr. Sipilä originated the portable X-MET X-ray fluorescence analyser and the Courier 30 continuous XRF analyser at Outokumpu Oy, led development of high-resolution proportional counters at Outokumpu Electronics, and initiated space instrument development at Outokumpu Instruments.
He co-founded Metorex International Oy and Baltic Scientific Instruments, leading space instrument programmes with detectors deployed in scientific satellites across Europe, the USA, and Japan. A Member of the Finnish Academy of Technology and founder of Fenno-Aurum Oy, he brings decades of scientific leadership and detector expertise to Vocto Technologies in an honorary, non-operational capacity.
